Good Marriage does exist!

About 100 people took part in World Marriage Day Flash Mob in Singapore's busiest shopping district, Orchard Road on 11th February 2012. The organizer is World Wide Marriage Encounter Singapore and my husband and I happened to be part of the organizing team.

This story was published by Sunday Times, Sunday Zhaobao, and also on 2nd page of Little Red Dot newspaper for children.

We are so lucky to have a talented Singaporean film producer Linus Koh who helped us to produce this video. Enjoy watching!

My first pup, Brie!

It's been 2 years since my last post. How shameful... I am a classic self-made-victim of procrastination. One of my new year resolutions is to be rid of this bad habit of mine. I hope that I can push myself to blog frequently and meaningfully.

To kick start my blog, I've decided that my little pup deserves to be the headline of 2012.

This is Brie. He is my very first pup. This little guy won the heart of my whole family, well, 8 of us when we visited a dog farm.

He is 5 months old now and is growing real fast. It is not an easy task to raise a pup. It requires a lot of patience and dedication to housebreak, exercise, discipline and groom this little creature. It reminds me of looking after my children in their early years. Despite all the sweat and occasional blood (he is teething and loves to bite), it is a joy to watch him grow. The best part is that he is such a happy, funny and enthusiastic fellow. My family follows Cesar Millan's dog psychology and training philosophy. Thanks to him, I can see that Brie is turning out to be a fine dog. :)

Finally... I have a blog

Before I begin, I want to thank my dear friend E to inspire me to blog. Thank you dear!

Now, I felt torn as how I should write my blog... Be completely honest and open? Or be more reserved... I am still pondering which to choose...

I am kind of enjoying this mysterious feeling as whom will be reading my blog. I bet there are millions of "FreckleMama" out there. It must be "yuan fen" (in Chinese, it means fate) to bring you to my blog. So, I wanna say,

WELCOME to FreckleMama!
